Chicken Diabla - Grilled chicken smothered in our special spicy creamy tomato sauce.
Chile rellenos - Charbroiled poblano chili filled with cheese and deep fried in a buttered egg mix and
cover in a tomato sauce.
Chicken or steak fajitas - Sautéed onion, green and red bell peppers and your choice of meat.
Cheese or chicken enchiladas - Corn tortilla filled with cheese and guajillo
sauce, or chicken enchiladas in a green tomatillo sauce.
